Backup Exec and Arcserve Agents on same machine?

I posted this in the arcserve forum, and thought I should post it here too:

We have a project in queue where we will have to install Backup Exec to perform a restore. We are currently running Arcserve9 and will be loading Backup Exec 8.5.

We are planning on installing the Backup Exec software on a separate machine than the Arcserve version, but were wondering if we'd run into problems having both the Arcserve Agent and Backup Exec agent loaded on the SQL server at the same time.

Any thoughts?

You should be able to just disable the Brightstor agents while working with Veritas.
