Backup Exec 9.1 shows unknown drive - disabled

The brick(holds 2 drives) was replaced and we have already verified that the fiber channel is seeing it and the host. The box we are running is 2003 server. I am not able to delete the drive out of backup exec devices. Nor am I able to remove it and add it in backup exec device wizard. All service packs have been applied.

right click on the drive and properties - remove the enable check box then you should be able to delete them
cycle the services

There is no enable or disable. The only options i have is refresh and properties. However, the properties tab doesn't show up whenever clicked on.
