Backup Exec 8.60 reboots exchange server

I'm running backup exec trial version, I was hoping it would rid me of my backup nightmares I was having with ArcShit. This is the second time my exchange server rebooted during a backup of the info store, I'm running a two node active/passive cluster environment for exchange, about 10 mins ago I noticed that the 1st node failed over to the second, backup exec continued backing up the store, but now swears that its corrupt (b/c it lost connection to it)

Anyone ever have/hear of this type of problem with backup exec b4?

I just want to sleep good like I used to knowing the data is safe!!! for the love of god please!!!!
