BACKUP EXEC 8.6 - REMOTE AGENT INSTALLATION on WINDOWS 2000

Hi !! .. i'm trying to install the remote agent for windows NT/2000 on a Windows 2000 server and when i select the domain and server to make the installation... a message appears thay say WARNING "The system cannot find the path specified"... i don't know what to do ... all permissions are right... and if i make a backup without the agent... the files are backed up ... but the job status is FAILED... and i want to see a SUCCESSFUL :p

any ideas ? :)

yes... i saw that issue.. but no... the server have 10 gb of free space...
 
Are you trying to cross domains? I found in the past, with an older version of Backup Exec that it works better to manually enter the UNC path to the computer, if that is the case.
 
did anyone ever find a solution to this? I am having this problem as well
