Backup Exec 8.5 - Windows 2000 Remote Agent

Hello

I have just installed BEX 8.5 "Multi-Server to Server Edition Family Upgrade" from version 7.3 to our NT PDC.

during the install I entered our upgrade number, which produced our serial number and 3 remote agent serial numbers.

(I need this as I have a additional 2 NT servers plus 2K pro clients.)

But the problem is that when I try to install the remote agent, I just get a evaluation version screen with a 0kb install option.

Has anyone come across this ? - any idea whats going on?
