backup exec 8.5 not backing up Information service on exchange

I cant seem to back up exchange information store with veritas backup exec on a small business 2000 server. I've installed the licences for it but it stil doesn't work. Came anyone suggest anything? It would really help. I've been 3 weeks without backing that up and im running scared

There is a Veritas Agent for Exchange Servers that you may need to have to run these backups.

Thanks for that but i have already installed this agent and i still can't see the information store. Can you suggest anything else?
