BACKUP EXEC 7.3, JOBS PENDING

I just upgraded to version 7.3 on backup-exec. I have a 6 slot ADIC changer so that the tapes will rotate once full. Since I upgraded to 7.3, When a job is running and the tape gets full, it will not rotate to the next available scratch tape. I have 4 backup jobs and all of them will be in a pending mode. I have to abort the job that started and is waiting for another tape so that the other jobs will proceed. The message I get is "PLEASE INSERT OVERWRITTABLE MEDIA INTO CHANGER USING THE IMPORT COMMAND"
On the prior version this never happened. Is it possible that some part of the software upgrade got left out?? PLEASE HELP
