Hi - I just installed Backup Exec 2010 R2
I am running it on Windows 2003 R2 x64
It is configured with 2 x 1GB Cards which are teamed.
I have it connected to a Quantum Scaler i40 with 2 drives through Emulex Fibre cards which are 4GB cards.
When I do a full backup on the Local server it takes about 400MB Min
When I do a full backup on a remote server I am getting 5150MB min

Am I doing something wrong or is it because the type of backup is different.
On the local I have 000's of User Dir's and Team Shares with lots of small files
on the Remote I have 4 Large files about 150Gb each size

Do I need to setup my byte size different or if this is normal can someone please say :)
