Backup Exec 11d - Restore 1

I have BackupExec 11d, when I do my backups for Exchange 2003 Info Stores. It says it backs it up, the verify validates this. however when I go to restore, there is no Information Store Files. Nor, can I restore indiviual maiboxes, even though I have selected the option.
Does anyone know why this is the case ?
