Backup Exec 10d won't install

Hi Can anyone shed some light on this please

Open C:\WINDOWS\MSDE_BKUPEXEC.log

Search from the bottoom of the log up for "Return Value 3"..without quotes.

You may find 2-3 "Return value 3" it usually the 2nd one from the bottom. Right above "return value 3" is the erro whey Microsoft SQL/MSDE is not installing.
