Backup Exct v10 Mount failed

Drive and media mount requested: 12/04/2006 08:32:32
No appendable media could be mounted.
V-79-57344-33037 - Error - Mount failed.
Physical Volume Library Media not found.

I have followed instructions on how to cataloged tape ,did not work,restared sevices,tape drive and server still same error
Please help ASAP
