Backup exchange within small business server 4.5

I am trying to find out how to backup exchange server within small business server 4.5, so that I am able to restore users mailboxes in the event of a problem. Is this just a case of backing up the information store (priv.edb) and restoring it or is there more to it.
I only have NTbackup.

If you only ever will have ntbackup then search through this forum a month or so ago and you will find out how to use it.

Using something like Backup Exec allows far greater control to an individual email level.

The book Exchange Server unleased has an in depth section on backing up including using NT Backup.
