Backup Exchange and User Files with NTBACKUP in NT 4

How do I backup both exchange 5.5 and userfiles at the same time on the same tape using ntbackup and have it schedule

What would the parameters be in my batch file?

Sorry, I should have added that you can add scheduled backups of you file system as separate entries. It should append the tape rather than overwrite, but I would test it to see.

Yes I tried using the append command but it just seems to replace whatever was on the tape.
