backup exchange 2010 getPipelineInfo No more allocated streams were found for copy

Exchange backup using Commvault getting getPipelineInfo No more allocated streams were found for copy, does anyone know what this means?
 
I have read that this is due to an incorrect IP address on one of the Data Interface Pairs.
