Hi all,
i´ve problems backing up Exchange2000 with an unix-master.Every time the backup fails with status code:12 (FILE OPEN FAILED) --> started by the master!
If i start the backup of the database from the client (userbackup) everything is ok.
I set the Netbackup Service on the w2k-client to the account which have installed the exchange server and the netbackup client software! But it fails again!
Any ideas?



Netbackup Master: Datacenter 3.4 with J0850645
Netbackup W2K-Client: 3.41 with Patch NB3.4_2

Make sure that the master is patched to the same level as the client.
