From what I gather it depends on the error.
Most errors have a blue clicky number under them that explains the error and possible actions to take. It also writes a report of the error in a .dat file (the filepath is listed in the clicky pop-up).
Other errors like a DB being unavailable are usually explained in the error message itself and dont give the 81:77 clickable.
