We are trying to redo our IT department documentation b/c the things we have now are extremely out of date. So we are going through and updating procedures and policies for the IT department.
I am basically asking for some steps or tips or templates for creating effective procedures and policies for all aspects of the IT Department. Right now I am working on procedure documentation for our IT department, so that is why I posted here. However, if you have any suggestions or websites that would help out with entire process that would be great.
