I need help? I have a merlin legend with a 20L acting as a QCC console. Since there is no way to forward the operator phone as a QCC, I set up a transtalk cordless as a position backup? It doesn't work. What do i need to check? The position backup is set up to calling group 771, which is auto-login and the extension of the TT is in there? No luck.....

You could cover the operators phone w/ the transtalk. So, you wouldn't need to put it in a calling group. Not positive but it might be worth a try.
