Backup BES Server data

OK, so I had installed Windows 2003 Server Enterprise Edition Evaluation version. I am now upgrading to the standard server and this means doing a clean install.

Its not a complete pain in the ar*e but it would be great if I could just backup the settings (users etc) from the old installation and when I reinstall windows and the BES, just restore all the settings.

I am using BES 4.1 for GroupWise. Anyone got any ideas??
