Need some help with this programming,please help me find out what I have done wrong. I have a Magix with two DSU cards and merlin mail. All lines assigned to pool 70 and pool 70 is assigned to 771. 771 overflows to 770 which is the vm hunt group. I have made the reception phone ext a member of 771. Overflow properties time:20 - number-99 and prompt-yes. In the PRI dialplanrtg list 0 main DID number points to 771. Group type is linear and autologin. Just want to have reception phone answer all incoming calls and backup AA to pickup after 5 rings. If customer dials "0" in AA to go back to receiptionist then receipt personal mail box not the general mailbox. By the way I have the receiptionist set-up as DLC. Whats happening now is it keep ringing at the receiption and doesnt overflow. I'v done it before but can't remeber all details. Please help me.
