If you are holding them on the server they are held in msdb..sysdtspackages.
A restore of msdb will get it back but probablt better to restore it to another server and copy the package or the row from the table.
Also consider loading packages from fikles and keeping them in sourcesafe then you won't have this problem.

Cursors are useful if you don't know sql.
DTS can be used in a similar way.
Beer is not cold and it isn't fizzy.
