Backup and restore tools available in solaris Like Windows NT

Is there in solaris 8 backup and restore tools are available like window NT operating system.
if available then please lets me know.
give me step by step how to i work on there.

man ufsdump/ufsrestore, cpio, tar, dd

if you have plenty of disk space, look up the fssnap command
for image backups.
