backup and restore on bcm

Looking for a way to restore programming records from excel format into a bcm. I know you can save the programming records under the session tab as either html or excel format. When I tried to restore the excel or html format I get "Fail to extract signature from archive". Anyone know why this is occuring and is there a solution?

Never tried it but i don't think you can restore a bcm with an excel file, it's more to have a written copy of the programming for your records.
