Backup and restore file

We are planning to restore the server everyday at DR site.
I want to ask, e.g. my server have 10 files, Day 1 backup 10 files and restore 10 files at DR site. If Day 2 I deleted 2 files then backup, 8 files are backuped. If restore it at DR site, the server existing has 10 files. How can I restore Day 2's tape at DR site server, only 8 files appear?

There are several ways to do this:
- recover the correct save set(s)
- change the browse time before you select your files
NW will then perform a point-in-time recovery using that time as reference.
