MICS: Does this unit have a rechargable battery to maintain the memory. If so were is it located I am loosing memory when I repower?

How do I back up my configs? There is a floppy disk on the NAM unit do I use this?

MICS: Replace the NVRAM Cartridge, if it is a Rsl1 T1 then you will need to upgrade.
Backing reuires a R.A.D. on the site (Remote Access Device) and NRU Software (Norstar Remote Utilities).

Backing up, once logged into Feature 983 press 22 and insert disk and follow instructions.

Thank you. How can I get a copy of NRU 10 or 11. Is it free for DL off the web? If I need to purchase it can you suggest a source and cost?

Do a google search and find a reseller. Where did you get the MICS ask them for NRU.
