Backup an Input Card to a File_[date].txt

How can i include the date and time into the build backup textfile of a Input card?
How can i include also a unique identifier into the file name?

Instead of using the backup feature, try using the PUT command inside the map to backup the file, at which point you can use anything to specify the filename.
