Backup Agents - SQL & Lotus Notes

I'm got Brightstor 9.0 and have errors with two of my Backup Agents. Here are the two errors I get:

E8542 for the SQL Server database agent
E8601 for the Lotus Notes database agent

I can get backups from these SQL and Notes servers but they're incomplete. This shows that the user name and password I'm using for security will do for a regular backup...but how can I supply the SQL server database agent with the "sa" user name and password?

Similiarly, how can I supply the Lotus Notes server database agent with the "server.id" user name and password?

Any pointers much appreciated.
