Backup agent service problem...

I have a big problem with Backup Agent for open files for Arcserve 7.0

The service for 3 machines went down. (Running fine on other machines)

I've tried many times to start the service, each time, the service start and shut down 2-3 seconds after...

Theses 3 machines need to be backuped and they are servers (Need absolutely to backup with opened files)

I'm stuck...

Theses systems run on NT 4, service pack 6. There pretty stable, apart from the Agent service that doesn't seem to start.
