Backup Agent for Open Files Driver not running

Hi,

I have installed Arcserve R12.5 Backup Agent for Open Files onto a 64-Bit 2008R2 Server. When I try to start the Open File Agent Service it fails. The following System event is logged:

Log Name: Application
Source: OpenFileAgent
Date: 01/02/2010 11:38:03
Event ID: 34
Task Category: None
Level: Error
Keywords: Classic
User: N/A
Computer: server.domain.local
Description:
Backup Agent for Open Files Driver not running.

Any ideas?

restart the server
service should startup as system account
