Backup Addressbook of WP suite 2000

How can I make a good backup of Corel/WP suit 2000.
How can I restore backupfile of de CCWin9-map and all the
Address Book files, ended with: *.fx, *.ix, *.ab1 till *.ab9, *.ix2 and *.fx2
Due to a crash I have only the above mentioned files and until now I am not able to get all my addressbooks back.

Please, who is able to help me.
