Backup Active Directory

Hi,

I had 2 servers running Windows Server 2003, running DFS between them.
Now one of those servers got damaged and I'll replace it with a new one. But I'll install Windows Server 2008 on this new one. How can I backup the AD configuration with all users and configs from the windows 2003 server and insert it to windows server 2008 ?
