backup active directory and exchange 2007 using netbackup

can we restore the active directory 2008 and exchange 2007 to windows server 2008 R2 and exchange server 2010 using the backup from netbackup ( Symantec Netbackup ).

Did you use exchange 2007 agent from Symantec to backup ?
That should able to restore exchange 2007.

only, you should be restoring to alternative client on the restore window
