backup- 2 servers (1 sql) in same domain-

greetings all-

trying to backup (via maintenance plan) sql server 2000 box from another win2k box with veritas. msqlserveragent error we're getting in event log (on sql box)is that backup failed because could not determine if the administrator of the win2k box has server access.
