Backround image problem

I put an image in a cell but I want that image to be a backround image for the cell, not just an image. How do I do that? Also If I do this in frames, and make an image a background for one frame, how do i make it so it doesn't repeat?

place cursor in that cell, make sure your table flyout menu is expanded, in the text window for background image type in the URL for your image or just select the folder icon next to it select your image. You can then size the image to fit the size of the cell by using pixel measurements where is say H and W. Hope this helps.
