Backline for Voicemail - BCM400

Hi all,

I would like to setup a DID line that allows users to check their voicemail from outside the office. Is this possible/easy to setup? I've tried assigning a target line to the Call Pilot DN but that doesn't seem to work. Maybe I have the Call Pilot DN wrong?

Any help on this is much appreciated!

go to the call pilot manager and under lines you must set the target line number to be answered by the desired greeting table.
