any hints or strategies , for backing up IPoffice

Thanks
Bill

opening the config in manager automaticaly writes a .cfg file into the working directory
archive these files before making any major changes

file/advanced/backup will copy all cfg files from the working directory to a spefified location

Bill,
I back up my IP Office system by copying the two folders; Manager and Voicemail Pro. They are located in Program Files/Avaya/IPOffice

you can also back up multiple sites by running a batch file which specifies the IP addy of each IPO, as long as you have connectivity to each unit it will automatically back up, regardless of different passwords too.

NZ's premier Intergalactic IP Office installation mechanic and configuration corruptor from way back.
