Backing up using NRU10

I have a copy of NRU10 which works ok when simply running the remote set but whenever i try to use the back-up/restore feature i hit problems.
The software connects to the RAD and initialises it but as soon as these initial stages are over it comes up with an error message reading 'mapfile aub03eng is required'.
Does anyone know how to over come this?....it's really frustrating!!
I'm using an external RAD connected to an MICS 3.0 in the UK, the lines are Euro T1 and the RADS sitting on a DID. If that helps?

I've had problems using NRU10 on anything below ICS Rls 6.0.
I now use two computers in the office each with a version of NRU. Awkward but it was easier than futzing around with patches.

Yes. But using the appropriate NRU for the level of ICS.
I keep 8,9 and 10 around.

Under the directory where you installed your NRU, you will find a MAP directory. Search that directory for the map file needed. Looks like you need the UK version of NRU, which contains different map files. Each and every different version of MICS or CICS needs a different map file for backing up the system. That's why every time Nortel comes out with a new KSU software version, you need the new map files that match it.

I've seen Ausie versions of NRU.. are there seperate UK ones too? Likely a dumb question ... But that's me.

I looked through all of my map files and do not have anything that has the Aub03eng.map file. I am located in the US, so do not know what version of NRU contains the file you need. It is not in 8.0, 8.1, 9.0 or 10.0 US versions anyway. Sorry I couldn't help you out.
