Backing up two jobs at the same time on one tape...

I think this is called enter latency..Where you can have two jobs stating at 2pm and using the same tapes? Does anyone know about this? I'm trying to run two job at the same time on one tape?

You can't run 2 jobs which goes to one tape at the same time,second job has to wait till the second get finished.
