Backing up to hard drives

I have a hard drive storage unit (596GB) that I want to run backups to. It is connect to my backup server through a SCSI interface. How can I tell Backup exec I want my backups to go there. It is an actual drive on the computer it is labeled as drive E:

There is one option in 8.6 called "Backup-To-Disk". Create this folder first.
 
I am running backup exec 8.5 and I dont see this option
 
Well, maybe this is something new in 8.6 But in 8.6 you did have the option to backup to local harddrives.
Time to upgrade?
