Backing up the Mail Que

For legal reasons, our company needs to keep copies of all email exchanges. I've successfully handled all incoming mail via procmail. Any ideas or recommendations on how to backup mail that is sent from the client to the que?

Ok u gurus.... I know someone out there has done or is doing this.

Possible solutions I've encountered is delaying the mail que and then doing incrementals with cron jobs. However, this just seems kinda sloppy to me..

Suggestions?
