Backing up T-1 Release 1

I can't find the notes I had on how to back up T-1 Release one software. Can anyone tell me how to do this...thanks.

You need to have a RAD and Remote Utilities 8.0 or higher. You will use the Norstar Manager portion of the software for backup and restore of a R1T1 system.

I know I have to use the Manager portion, but that's where I'm stuck. When I get in there how do I back up? I looked around all the tabs but nothing seems to jump out at me regarding backing up.

Never mind I figured out the back up portion, but now I don't know where the back up goes? Can someone tell me that? Can I determine where the back up goes?
