Hi,
I would be grateful for any help with the following.
I run an old version of NetBackup i.e 4.5 on Solaris.
I want to back up a few selected files for long term retention, I would like these to use a scratch tape so that they are the only files on that tape.
I cannot see a way of doing this via the GUI but thought it might be possible via command line using bpbackup but can see no option for directing to a volume pool or tape.
Any ideas appreciated.

create a new volume pool and a new policy that calls the new volume pool. Then simply list the files in the file listing in the new policy
