Backing Up Scripts? 2

Hi guys

Anyone know of a quick way to back up scripts? After all, they are only text files.

I want to store them in a safe place periodically and the only way I can think to do it at the moment is to open each one and copy and paste to a word/wordpad/notepad document.

Is there a way of exporting them directly?

Cheers

Open up the Master Script.
Click on File and choose Export All
Wait a few

The scripts are exported to C:\Nortel Networks\Symposioum Call Center Server\Client\en\script

Note: You'll get a .A file and a .S file for every script.

The .S file is the text file you want.

The .A file is the validation file,... it isn't necessary since each time you validate a script a new one is generated.

Top man, you just saved me several hours work ;)

One quick question though, once I have copied these .S files to another location, are they safe to be deleted from C:\Nortel Networks\Symposioum Call Center Server\Client\en\script ?

Yep you can delete away - those files are for your use only. If needed, just export again and they'll be there again
