Normally I back up a Publisher but nothing else or at least I`ve always thought however if you run services on different servers as in a glass house set up - separate TFTP server, separate MOH etc do you need to back up from each one or will backing the pub only take care of everything else? How do you recover if you have load balanced your services across different CUCM servers. The reason is that I re-doing a "how to " document for back up on CUCM 6.X using FreeFTPd and saw from the refresh page some errors re TFTP- TFTP is not on our PUB but on a separate server
