Backing up Outlook Express Ver 6

I just installed Outlook Express Version 6.00.2800.1106 and found a problem when trying to restore my Address Book.

I had backed up the c:\Windows\Application Data\Microsoft\Address Book\~.wab to a floppy diskette.
I restored it by copying it from the floppy back into the folder.
When I tried to access it in Outlook Express my address book was always blank.

I solved this problem by using the Import function in Outlook Express rather than doing a copy.

The Import function is under the File Menu/Import/Address Book.

Using IMPORT is the correct way to do it. I have done this operation a few times for different friends, normally after a DBX file corruption, and it always works.
