I have a large mixed environment with windows, solaris and now Mac OSx. I am curious how most Mac folks backup their gear and if there is a good utility out there that has all the bells and whistles that you would expect for Mac support.

I am interested in hearing about success and pain with different products. I will not tell you what I currently use, to avoid bias. All I'll say is that it is a big enterprise product.
Thanks for all your consideration!

Mac on Mac - Retrospect or NetVault.
Mac from Windows - Symantec Backup Exec.

I just backup my Mac all on its own, so I use superduper and find it excellent.

The question should be [red]Is it worth trying to do?[/red] not [blue] Can it be done?[/blue]

I have .Mac, so I use Backup and I back everything up to my external LaCie firewire hard drive. It takes awhile, but I do it every month and it is nice having a complete backup on an external HD.
