Backing up onto disk?

I want to perform a backup of a stand alone server onto a separate disk, but NT Backup will only let me backup onto tape. Is there a way to workaround this or is there other software that will do this?

NT backup ONLY supports backup onto tape. you are going to have to purchace somthing like veritas backup exec to do the job
