Got a quick question - Is there a way to backup the programming on a NAM?

Here's the deal. I've got an 8 port ACD/VM. I want to save the programming info off the ACD/VM and pop it on a NEW NAM so I won't have to do all of the re-programming.

I think there was a way to do this - I can remember doing this once, but I can't remember the feature codes for it. Thanks!

Lets see, Feature 983 PSWD then enter 22 press CONT ( all Voice Mail Channels must be idle ) Insert Disk In NAM press OK (You might want to have 3 or 4 disks ready). To Restore in a new NAM Feature 983 PSWD the 33 Follow Prompts.
This is out of NAM 4.0. Hope this helps.

I am not sure but it should save everything but messages and Greetings. You have to go in and rerecorde all greetings.
