Can anyone tell me if I can use my Norstar manager to backup a Norstar that has Canadian software in it, here in the States. Is there a Canadian version of Norstar Manager. I have a customer who was sold a Norstar by another vendor and it has Canadian software in it. All Norstar software I have is all USA versions.
