Backing Up Groupwise with Agent

I'm running, Arcserve 6, GroupWise 6 and Netware 5.1. If I install the Groupwise Agent and run into problems. Will I still be able to backup Groupwise w/o the Agent. Is there any service packs I have to upgrade before I install the Groupwise Agent?

Shutdown Groupwise and do a flat file backup, or use the open file agent. After pausing the post office.

Hi,

That's the problem. We can't bring down the PO and I was wondering if the agent doesn't work. I can just unload the agent and continue with the backup without the agent.
